These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ContainerViz (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ContainerViz provides 3D container and truck load-planning tools. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old or have authority to act for your business.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe.
Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference prorated.
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store unlawful content.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you create (containers, pallet types, load plans). You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display that data to operate the Service for you.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContainerViz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss arising from loading decisions made using the Service. Load plans are planning aids; you remain responsible for safe and legal loading.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy / the European Union, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law. (Update to your registered jurisdiction.)
